Carol Dallstream
Career Direct Consultant
Carol participated in the Career Direct process in 2020 as part of an onboarding program with an educational organization she was serving with. Inspired by that process, she became a Certified Career Direct Consultant in 2021. She has helped over 20 clients of all ages discover their unique design. Understanding this design helps clients make career decisions that are often a perfect fit, resulting in more enjoyment in life!
The Process.
Upon reaching out to initiate the process, clients select and purchase a tailored package that aligns with their needs. The following four steps then guide clients through our comprehensive consultation process:
Selection
Clients receive a secure link to a comprehensive 555-question survey via email. This survey meticulously explores their vocational interests, personality traits, core values, and skill sets. Distinguished by its integration of all four dimensions, Career Direct stands as the sole career system offering such holistic evaluation. Completing the survey typically requires 90 minutes.
Assessment
Upon survey completion, a detailed 40-page report is generated and transmitted for meticulous review.
Review
Subsequently, both consultant and client convene to meticulously review the comprehensive report together. This collaborative session typically spans 2-3 hours, during which tailored recommendations are offered to guide the client's next steps effectively.
Planning
Clients are invited to undertake a structured 16-page Action Plan, which, if desired, can be reviewed with the consultant for an additional fee.
